Field PODS have the option of operating via Solar Array, thus no AC service is required.  PODS are very cost effective and automate Feed Bin/Silo monitoring. Dry and liquid products may be monitored.  Other sensors are also available for integration into the Field POD family.

• Know if you have enough feed/product for the weekend BEFORE your run out of product.  Don't get caught with empty feed bins on the weekend
• Automatically generate orders which may be automatically faxed or emailed to your feed supplier
• Double check the delivery status of your orders
• Track your feed usage patterns against your pond requirements 
• Optionally restrict or allow access to bins/silos (or just track) based on ID or date/time -- for example, automatically lock your bins from unauthorized access between 7pm and 5am -- or only allow Johnny and Mac access to bins 1 & 9 because it's the medicated, more expensive,  feed
